Are you ready for a self-evaluation? With 2024 just around the corner, you may want to focus on your wellness in the coming year. But wellness is a MEGA topic, and it can feel daunting to even start. We are going to talk about 2 different ways to build a strong foundation in 2024. The basics are simple, but that doesn't mean it's easy!

MACRO- You can choose to focus on 3 specific pillars of wellness- your movement, your fuel, and your rest. 

MICRO- You can focus on achieving 3 daily wins, one that's physical, one that's mental, and one that's spiritual. 

If you are looking to make some changes in 2024, remember:
*It's not all or nothing. Doing something, even small, counts!
*Adding is usually easier than subtracting. Instead of thinking what you can cut out, what's something good that you can add?
*Consistency is key!
