Claire Thomas

Claire's academic background is in psychology and scientific research. She started her professional career as a marine biologist in The Bahamas, leading conservation-based research teams for a non-profit.

Upon returning to the US, Claire taught college biology and environmental science. She also taught ESL, and became a certified 200 HR yoga instructor. 

Claire considers herself a lifelong learner, and as she becomes clearer on who  and how she wants to be, she feels drawn to sharing her experience with others. This is part of the joyful rebel lifestyle- being passionate about your own development and growth, and then lighting the path for those who come next, 

When she's not focusing on family, Claire is focused on writing, and connecting with others on the Joyful Rebel Coaching platforms. She is thrilled/excited/(nervous!) to start this podcast journey and to connect with a broader audience.

After completing her M.Sc. in Psychology, it became clear to Donna that more work is needed with thoughtful leaders, influencers and women who want to step fully into their light. Personal development is the first step in this process. Donna adds, "It is my honor to respectfully and intentionally listen to your stories and partner with you to navigate these next chapters."
