In this week's new episode, we dig even deeper into the BIG topic of knowing yourself. Why? We believe that knowing yourself is the necessary precursor to making any meaningful and lasting change in your life. Getting unstuck? Going after new goals? You need to know what you want and who you are first.
In the second part of this series, we'll walk through an easy way for you to brainstorm and reflect to name what's important to you, so that you can bring those things to mind and keep them front and center when you decide who you want to be and what you want to do.
