Each episode we will sift through the plethora of info out there, and give you our take on an important issue relating to any facet of wellness- from physical, to mental, to emotional, to environmental, spiritual, etc.

Getting To Know Yourself: Identify Your Strengths
We are back! After a summer break, we're ready and rearing to grab the mics and get back to doing the good work- finding ways to grow, finding balance, and tackling mental, emotional, and physical health issues.
To start- we are excited to offer a fun episode, where (*spoiler*) there's some work for you to do! Some exercised in brainstorming and reflection that will ultimately help you to identify your strengths, a key aspect to knowing yourself and being able to set new goals for future you.
